Prior to PrivacyStar, Jeff held the position of Division President of the financial services division at Acxiom (NASDAQ: ACXM), a leading provider of integrated marketing services to the global 1000. The financial services division is the largest industry for Acxiom, generating revenue of $420 million annually and consisting of over 1,000 associates. In 2001, Jeff was appointed Acxiom's Chief Financial Officer and prior to that appointment, he served in a variety of financial/accounting positions throughout the company leading acquisitions valued in excess of $800 million.

Prior to joining Acxiom, Jeff was a senior analyst with the Arkansas Public Service Commission, responsible for recommendations and testifying before the Commission on a variety of Federal and State public utility issues, including the telecommunications industry. He completed the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Regulatory Studies Program at Michigan State University. He also was an accountant with a regional public accounting firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Jeff received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
